Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "pgr007" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at pgr007.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and APIs.
• "Platform" — the website, applications, software, and services made available by pgr007.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements, which are distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must stake before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age-verification process required under pgr007's compliance obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the pgr007 Platform — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Use of the pgr007 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an Account.
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from pgr007 or any affiliated platform.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of an employee of pgr007 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming partners.
6. You understand and accept the financial risk inherent in gambling, and you are not using funds that you cannot afford to lose.

pgr007 is an internationally operated offshore platform. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering or depositing. pgr007 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific Indonesian region or municipality.

To access the full functionality of pgr007, including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds, you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing use:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pgr007 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pgr007 immediately at the contact details set out in Clause 17.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within one business day, subject to any outstanding withdrawal or verification requirements.

pgr007 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. All Accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed and at any stage at pgr007's reasonable discretion. The following documents may be required:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID, such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Age: Document clearly showing your date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your current residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a copy or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming ownership by the Account holder.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pgr007 will result in withdrawal suspension. pgr007 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification and to close Accounts where verification cannot be completed.

All deposits on pgr007 are made exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Supported Channels: pgr007 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported channels may be updated without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally credited within 2–5 minutes.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own and that are not derived from any illegal activity. pgr007 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties.
• Deposit Failures: If a deposit is not credited within the stated processing time, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. pgr007 is not liable for delays caused by bank or e-wallet provider issues outside our control.
• No Deposit Fees: pgr007 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed as set out in Clause 5.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. pgr007 reserves the right to apply additional verification before approving withdrawals to new payment methods.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours during standard business hours (WIB). Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional ver ification is required.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the associated Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds.
• Right to Review: pgr007 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. pgr007 may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

pgr007 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms as well as any specific promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Certain game categories may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at 10% while slot games contribute at 100%. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: pgr007 employs systematic monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value, collusion between Players, use of multiple Accounts, and exploitation of system errors. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.
• Seasonal Promotions: pgr007 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These are subject to their own specific terms and limited availability periods.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold outside of the Platform's intended use.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on pgr007 across sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and all other available bet types:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation from the Platform. In-progress or pending bets are not considered accepted until confirmation is received.
• Manifest Errors: pgr007 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or under terms that result from a manifest error (including pricing errors, system faults, or data feed failures). Affected Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be updated periodically.
• Sports Betting: All sports results are governed by the rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). For BRI Liga 1 and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia, official match results as declared by the relevant association are final.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined bet to pay out. A single void or cancelled leg will result in that leg being removed and the bet recalculated on the remaining selections.
• Live Betting: Odds on live in-play markets update in real time. pgr007 accepts no responsibility for bets placed during brief odds-suspension periods caused by network latency on the Player's end.
• Disconnection: If your connection to the Platform is lost mid-game or mid-wager, the bet or game round will be completed server-side and the result recorded accordingly. pgr007's server records are the authoritative source of truth.

pgr007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable Players. The following applies to all Accounts:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Deposit & Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits via their Account dashboard. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net result to support informed decision-making during extended play sessions.
• Underage Protection: pgr007 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. If you are aware of any minor accessing the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pgr007 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds, at pgr007's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, or communicating with other Players during live casino games in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transaction processes against deposits made on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pgr007 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain access to another Player's Account by any means.

All content on the pgr007 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, layout, and user-interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pgr007 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from pgr007.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgr007 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

pgr007 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or pgr007 had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions (including bank or e-wallet provider outages affecting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

In any event, pgr007's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgr007 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgr007 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pgr007 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pgr007.cam/terms-conditions and will display a revised effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgr007 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through pgr007's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian law to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
